We want you to be completely in love with your new Jewellery and feel good wearing them!

We will do all we can to ensure your new Jewels are perfect for you.

If there is something wrong with your purchase please get in touch. In certain cases we will offer an exchange or credit note as long as the piece is returned unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for the cost of return postage and postage fees are non-refundable.

If we don't hear from you within 2 weeks of your order being shipped we will know you love your new jewels and your order closed.
