All jewellery will be carefully packaged to ensure a safe arrival. Shipping from Cairns, QLD Australia.

We will have you new hand made jewellery sent out within 2 business days of receiving your order.

We use Australia Post to send our custom made jewellery around the Globe.

All parcels are registered and tracked with 'Signature on Delivery' as standard. If Signature on Delivery is a problem you can leave a note in Review & Submit order step in Checkout to say you don't want this. We do recommend using this service for piece of mind. IndiviJewel is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after delivery.

Regular shipping time within Australia is 2-8 business days.

Flat Rate Post is $10 Australia wide.

International Post is $30.

International orders may be subject to local taxes and duties. IndiviJewel is not responsible for these.
